Saudi Players Market Value

Hi, I have observed a constantly decrease in value for players with Saudi Arabia nationality. Seeing that clubs pay over 10 million euros for one player, I can not see why it s valued at 3-400k euros. For me, it does not make sense, after all, the value of the player is the money that is paid for him. Move over, after all this stars joined the Saudi pro league, it makes sense for local players just the increase in value, because the are learning from them, and the lever is raising. I don t know who is responsible for this, but this is unfair.
